About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic IoT Pre-Sales Technical Support Manager to join our International team. This role is ideal for someone that is looking to progress their career in the Tech industry. The Market Propositions Development function is a high impact team enabling our industrial market team to develop and secure new business more effectively. You will be leading the creation of technical value propositions that bring impact to our IoT and sponsored roaming sectors. You will have exposure to many areas of the organisation, from Sales to Customer Success, Product, Research & Development and Quality Assurance. You will be a trusted advisor both internally within the wider team, and externally to prospective customers. This role will see you playing a key part in new service development for our growing International IoT and Sponsored Roaming business units.

You must have:

• Previous experience working with technology and telecommunication architecture
• Understanding of SS7 and Diameter access and vulnerabilities
• Mobile network signalling background with MNO or IOT vertical
• Signalling (STP and DRA) in depth knowledge 
• HLR/HSS experience, overload protection
• Experience with packet core element structures and products – PGW/GGSN/PCRF etc
• Diameter/Radius control interfaces and management
• In depth Roaming knowledge with MNO 
• International carrier experience 
• Device and Module experience on IOT, identify bad behaviours and traffic patterns
• E-SIM and EUICC background with integration and identity management 
• Strong business acumen able to effectively present complex solutions and engage with external technical teams.
• Experience at building and presenting service frameworks and taking new solutions/products to businesses
