Senior A2P Messaging Sales Director (Enterprise messaging) – (Code EMF0122)
About the Role:
- The Candidate will be responsible to build the Enterprise Messaging department of the company and deal with the international clientele of the company.
- Will be responsible to hire the people required, Account Managers, Customer Service Operators.
- Is responsible to maintain accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
- Will work closely with the Marketing team of the company for branding and promotional actions.
- Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
- Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- Is responsible in cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Will ensure that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Role Requirements:
- 10+ Experience in Enterprise (Retail) Messaging Business
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales management experience.
- Leading personality with ability to set up the Enterprise Messaging department
- Knowledge in OTT Messaging applications (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Knowledge of the basic infrastructure of SMS wholesale industry
- Great, open, and effective team player.
- Passionate B2B and Sales Oriented Personality
- Excellent English Language (French or German language is a plus)
- Great Communication Skills
- Marketing Oriented
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
