The Requiremants:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications carrier relations and business development with proven success in developing partnering strategies
• Deep knowledge and understanding of relationship management and sensitivity of a growing business in an established industry.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build solid relationships
• Creative and proactive approach to conflict resolution and problem solving, mentoring, coaching, recognition and performance management.
• Experience in Contract negotiation for voice buying, interconnections, and bilateral agreements
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ of experience.

The Role:

• Manage long-term relationships with telecommunication providers in the U.A.E. and maximizes value and profits for the company and its customers.
• Personality who acts as a business consultant and helps partners set their business strategy.
• Prepare and lead monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build, maintain and implement business plans to support the sales effort.
• Understand the regulatory and legal background on a per country level and create a knowledge base of regulatory and legal basic facts.
