About the Role:

As an SMS Routing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and support of the technical environment within the SMS department. This significant role involves setting technical parameters, managing routing, monitoring the quality of SMS delivery, and taking swift action to maintain consistently high standards. Your ability to identify operational issues and offer strategic insights for business development will be crucial in maximizing profitability through the selection of optimal quality routes. We’re looking for a candidate who embodies self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, unwavering commitment, and a sharp focus on achieving set targets.

You Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in SMS Routing Management
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
• Experience in SMS/MNP trading
• Able to understand and analyze the industry and market; collect and analyze information, facts / figures and quickly catch up on any complex issues
• Capacity of initiative, working with a high level of autonomy and result oriented, organized and careful with details
• Positive and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any other language(s) is considered a high advantage.
